Dear veterinarians,
thank you for your interest in my work as an animal physiotherapist and alternative practitioner. For the sake of the animal, it is important to me to have an open and trusting exchange with you and I do not see my work as a replacement, but as a sensible addition to conventional medical treatment.
Physiotherapy includes treatments using manual massages, active and passive movement therapy and in some cases physical applications. Animal medicine includes the use of various alternative medical methods, such as phytotherapy.
Of course, every treatment begins with a detailed anamnesis. In the best case scenario, I can build on your previous diagnoses.
The initial examination consists of inspection, palpation and gait analysis, as well as a general examination (checking pulse, temperature, mucous membranes, ears, mouth/snout, teeth, eyes, listening to the heart and lungs).
In some situations, the cause of the symptoms or the pathological deviations must be clarified in more detail. If I notice any serious or doubtful abnormalities during the examination, I will first refer the patient owner to a veterinarian. Depending on the case, the animals must first be treated by a veterinarian. According to that I adapt my therapy plan or ongoing complementary therapy.
An open exchange with you is very important to me! You are welcome to get your own impression of my practice on site - just contact me for a non-binding exchange.
I look forward to a good cooperation!
